Cannot renew Revit Student Subscription

I cannot renew my student access to Revit, and it already expired. I have followed your guide to "restart access", but when I select my student subscription I am linked to a page where I can choose to access other apps, from there I can only choose to download Revit, which I already have. I am therefore not linked to any page where I can fill in any basic information about me or my school as the guide tells me and cannot renew my access.

Hi @scholzel8141,

Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

I've just checked your education account, which is verified into 2025 with a Revit license. I instead believe the issue is that the software has not yet detected the new license, which we can force by resetting the license service. Please follow the instructions in this article to complete this process.

I hope this helps,
