AutoCAD request failed

Translated by Google Translate:

Hello, let's see if someone can help me, I have registered in the Student Community, I already have my profile, I registered following the steps, attaching my school's student accreditation, but I received an email from AutodeK that I must redo it again , I have tried several times and it does not let me, how do I know if I have been admitted for the use of AutoCAD student

I have also read that they usually take up to 7 days to accept your request, I would not want to lose more days of the course, since without access I am stopped. Regards, and thank you very much
