Something is wrong with my ASBD software - it does not work with a results postprocessing. When I am trying to switch to result mode a set of mistakes warning windows appears - see print screens. After that the results postprocessing does not work properly - I can't choose an internal force in the "Result for" field.

It would be useful to "zip" up your data file (.sst) and any linked section and beam file (.sam if any).  If you attach it to a reply to this post then I will be able to investigate.

I did it, but this issue is similar for different project files. I have to notice that ASBD was working good previously. At least before 19/10/2021

Hello, Dear Autodesk responsible people!

Could you, please, inform me - how is it going? I mean solving of the issues with the program which I was asking you previously. I already have two unsolved issues:

The first one is the problem with calculation of two staged construction of a post tensioned concrete viaduct.

The second one is this - when the program became unable to show a result of calculations for all my projects.

I have to notice that these are not just computer games, but real structural project tasks with a deadlines and responsibility. Therefore, I must understand - what is going on? Are these issues are with my computer or settings of my operation system, or they are problems with the software, when and how they will be solved?

Additionally, I want to notice that the idea of this program is very good - it is really for thinking engineers, totally different from another ones "black boxes" existing on the market nowadays, thank you for this, but it must work!

I loaded your file into 2022.1, analyzed all the loading sets, one by one, then analyzed the unassigned load cases and saved the file.  I can access the results without issue:

I am not sure what issue you are hitting. I have attached the file "analyzed".  Unzip and see if you have better luck viewing the results.

Vladimir, I was with the same issue... Unhappy any virus or malware corrupted your files. My solution was reinstall the software... But in my case, because of the virus I did reinstall the windows and then work correctly! I hope helped you!

Unfortunately, I can not find the attached zip file "analyzed" witch you have mentioned. Also, are you sure that you are using the same version of the software us I? As I can see in window title on yours printscreen, you have tried in ASBD 2023, but I am using 2022.1

Thank you, for your advises. I have tried to reinstall the software, but this problem has not gone... About the viruses - I have antiviruses corporate software installed on my computer - it is not finding anything wrong.

Some types of viruses or malwares can not found by antiviruses, or in second case your system files are broken but the virus was eliminated! You must scan e recover any broken system file.

Thank you, Simon. Now it clear - about 2022 version. I've unzip your zip file with results data and have copied them to the project folder. It does not help. It seem that the problem is not with getting the results of analyses but with to see this results in internal ASBD viewer.
