PDF view not working in SBD 2018

Hi,

I am trying to print a pdf of a calculation from SBD 2018. Please see the screenshot below - 

But, every time I click on "pdf view", the page keeps on saying " Creating documentation......" for a very long time and then ends saying an error "Navigation webpage has been cancelled". I am bound to use the SBD 2018 as the project was created and designed using this version only and can't change the version at this moment.

I've Orcale Java and PDF-XChange Editor installed in my system.

Can you please help me with this error?

Hi Sushank

I think you will have to go through support to solve this one.  It would probably help if you install 2022.1 (you can have 2018 and 2022.1 installed at the same time).  2022.1 has more logging for PDF creation and may lead to the reason the 2018 is not working for you.  It would also be good to know if PDF creation works in 2022.1 for you with your particular setup.
