Cannot open Autodesk SBD 2017 after installation

Dear Support

I am using windows 8.1 and my computer is 64 bit. I have installed Autodesk Structural Bridge Design, education version. For the first 2 days it worked perfectly. I was trying to save a model when I received a error message, "floating error". After that I could not open SBD anymore. I can see the SBD icon on my desktop, but when I double click on the icon, nothing happens, no error message, nothing.

How can I solved this  issue? Thanks for your time and help.

I'm sorry to hear you are having problems. Try the following:

• Open the Registry Editor
• Rename the following key to something else:
• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Autodesk\Structural Bridge Design
• Start Autodesk Structural Bridge Design.

Please let me know if this helps.  It would also be useful if you attach the fil that caused the issue.
