I've gotten SoftImage 2015 for my laptop. I want to activate the program, but whenever i do so, i receive an error that it's "Serial Number is Not Valid". When i try to receive an activation code, my request code is not valid. what i think the issue is that i've tried to download the 2014 version, since 2015 is known to crash, but my antivirus wouldn't allow the setup to work. when i've tried to download the program from the website, i saw that i could only get 2015, so i gotten that instead. I somehow gotten a program that the serial number and request code belonged to 2014, and because of it cannot be activated since it belongs to a different version of the program.
is there a way that i could receive a new serial umber or request code without uninstalling the program and starting from scratch?
At this point, i'm open to almost anything
