image viewer changing the fps?

i was wondering if anyone else has noticed this weirdness?

i loaded up a image sequence that was made in flip book software timed at 24 fps.

18 images of a bouncing ball with peg tails ( starting of Jason Ryan's video tut's on animation )

in the clip properties i try changing the 29.9 to 24 and all the tabs i could find and it remains on the 29.9 fps on the playback.

i have 2 pc's running to see the faster playback

just wonder if anyone had a solution?

thanks

Steve

there's also no ghosting at all. Some animators cn fly blind, I'm sure, but I'm not one them.

The flipbook is fubar as soon as I got a membership; and honestly, some of us are rueful.
