How to open and manipulate old Softimage files

I have many 3D animation files made 20 years ago in Softimage. I’m wondering if there are any 3D programs that will open some or all of those files. 

 

Some of the filetypes are animation (ani), cameras (cam), clusters (cls), lattices (lat), lights (lig), materials (mtr), models (hrc), pictures (pic), scenes (dsc), shapes (shp), textures (txt), etc. 

 

Anyone know if any of these, especially those for the wireframes, will open and can be manipulated in any existing program?
