The space outside of the canvas is just dead space that cant be used. It would be great if I could place my reference images there or even reusable blocks of the drawing outside of the canvas so I can see them and access them, but they are on my canvas in my way. Which is what I currently have. I constantly have to move the photo references around the screen so I can draw in the right place. Or make the canvas much larger than my final version and limit my drawing space to defined sizes with my reference material to the edges of the canvas. Then crop the canvas when the drawing is done. And then I loose all my reference info and cant use it in future jobs. And all that dead space just sitting there to the side. Empty. Please allow us to use that dead space for a useful purpose.
