For those of us who sketch with a pen, but still utilize a mouse for some things, the ability to pan the viewport by clicking the middle-mouse button would be a great improvement over either the X-Y scroll bars or the panning tool for the pen. The button currently has nothing bound to it, as far as I can tell, so why not make the navigation even better?
