Multiple monitor support

Hello,

I am on macOS, loving Sketchbook, but the floating mini-menus (e.g. the layer editor) mess up in multiple monitor set up.

They don't follow the main window and get lost...

Can we get the option to toggle fixed menu bars instead (left, right, top)? And, proper full-screen app support (specific to macOS).
