First week of use, some ideas for Autodesk to implement..

I know at least one of my ideas is something Autodesk is already aware of, as it has already been suggested on the forum.  But, after a week of trying out Sketchbook, I must say I LOVE it!  There are just a few quirks that I feel need to be worked out.

1. The amount of hotkeys that Sketchbook allows to set is too limited.  Technically, ALL options should be allowed to be hotkeyed.  That's pretty much the norm for any art software.  Not only that, please allow the ability to hotkey the F1-F12 buttons, and allow the combination of Ctrl, Alt, and Shift along with any of the letter or number keys.

2. Ability to change lightness/darkness of the UI color.  Photoshop and Painter 2019 allows the user to change the brightness of the UI.  There are definite advantages to allowing the UI be a dark color, even pure black if possible, for when it comes to painting.

3. Steady Stroke function needs an option for a "stroke catch up" option for when you lift the pen off the tablet.  Photoshop already has this option, and many other apps like Paint Tool has this functionality already built-in.

4.  Having a grid guide along with grid settings would be a nice addition to Sketchbook's nice set of drawing guides.  A lot of times, having a custom-spaced grid visible, not to trace but just to view for the aid in proportions, is nice to have.

5. Masking capabilities.

I guess that's all I can think of for now.  Feature for feature, Sketchbook is very reminiscent of Paint Tool Sai.  However, in it's current state, Paint Tool Sai 2 is still much more feature-rich.  But Sketchbook has a much better UI and more in-depth brush settings.  If development continues for Sketchbook, it can easily become more feature-rich than Paint Tool Sai 2 and can become the new king of "painting alternative" to Photoshop.  Which I guess right now is held by Clip Studio.  But Clip Studio just has too much fluff and crap to it.  I like how Sketchbook has the streamlined approach, similar to Sai.

I really, really need the steady stroke tool in the IOS version. There is the predictive stroke option but that is not the same thing.

Good points, specially hotkeys.
