When I zoom in stylus doesn't line up

When I open autodesk sketchbook I'm using my wacom intuos tablet on windows 10. If I don't zoom in, the crosshairs of the stylus line up with the line coming from the pen. As soon as I zoom in, the crosshairs do not line up with the drawing line. I've tried recalibrating. I've tried uninstalling and then reinstalling. I also updated the driver for my tablet and this still happens. Any help? Thanks.

Please try to remove your settings noted in step 2/3 here:

After a reset and/or reinstall of the Wacom driver, I would reboot your computer.
