Unable to open images on android

I have a samsung phone and had this app for a while. Recently, when I tried to open up my artworks, it fails to open. I was able to open up 1 or 2 of them, but the rest in my gallery are unaccessable. I cleared the app's cache and data, but had no effect. Is there any way to fix this?

I would copy all the files in /Autodesk/SketchBook3 folder from your phone and put it on a computer.  You can use the FREE version of SketchBook to open any file.

There is also a preview of the file using the 'Gallery" which is different from the SketchBook Gallery.  You may get a sample of the file that way.  All files (including the preview) will be in the /Autodesk/SketchBook3 folder.
