Trying to reinstall Autodesk Sketchbook but Google Play says I already have it

So my Chromebook has been generally having problems lately, and after I took it to the help desk at my school, I got my Chromebook back with Autodesk having been deleted/uninstalled. No big deal, they powerwashed my Chromebook, that always happens when you powerwash it. I'll just go reinstall it.

Except, when I went into Google Play to reinstall it, it says it's already installed on here. But it's not. I go to settings to manage my apps, Autodesk's not listed. It's just not here. It's only Google Play that says it is.

Google Play also isn't giving me an Uninstall option, so I can't just "uninstall" and then install it again.

TL;DR: Autodesk Sketchbook got deleted in a powerwash, and I can't reinstall it because Google Play says I already have it (I don't).

Is there a way to reset the device back to default?

Then re-download the latest SketchBook from Google Play?

I've never messed with a chromebook, but some things I would try:

Go into the files and see if there's a autodesk or sketchbook folder, maybe the powerwash got interrupted or something and didn't delete everything.

Make a new Google account and see if it will let you download.

On my phone,, google play has an uninstall option when I go to the app page, if chromebook is the same try that.

After a few Google, I see that you have to enable your chromebook to install apps from Google Play in the devices settings, so maybe that got turned off in the powerwash
