Troubles with using legally free Sketchbook Pro

Hello Im non-English person,but i was forced to get help from Autodesk support,because reinstalling had'nt helped. The point of problem-i downloaded fee-free licensed Sketcbook for Win 7 64 bit(its correct download) But after using the Sketcbook in second time,programm get really worse with pen pressure.I reinstalled and while using Sketchbook in second time again it ruins pen pressure again!My tablet drivers are ok,other programmes works amazingly.Except Sketcbook.What shoukld i do to use it properly?I really need this programme. Thank you for the answer

What type of tablet are you using?   We have some reports of other tablets working  but at this time, we only support/tested Wacom tablets.

I'm using a screen tablet from YUINOVA.Recently,the Scketchbook had worked but anyway the trouble isn't resolved.Because now programm works randomly.It can woyrk when tablet connected to working computer,or work only along with one graphic soft.It's puzzeling,i know.Maybe its just a error that will go on..but anyway i need to resolve it
