Touch Screen and Touch Strip for Zooming not working on Wacom Cintiq.

Since I updated to Mac OS Catalina, neither Touch Screen nor Zooming using the Cintiq's Touch Strips works anymore.  I just installed the latest Wacom driver recently released, hoping it would solve the issue, but unfortunately it does not.  I've tried using both with other applications and they work fine, so it is something on Sketchbook's end.

Also, is there a way to use keyboard shortcuts for zooming in and out (normally "command +/-) rather than having to use the puck "pop up" when you hold down the spacebar?  I searched and searched but couldn't find any as this would at least give me a workaround I could program into my wacom settings.  Hopefully Autodesk will address this issue in the very near future.  Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Can you try to use an older driver?  You will need to reboot the computer when you uninstall the driver.

Scoll down and look for the Mac version and click on "older' driver.

Try this version:

Thanks for your reply David.  I'll give it a shot and let you know if it works.  However, I'm hoping it doesn't only fix Sketchbook and then break all of the other apps that are working just fine.

Re: the model of my Cintiq, it is a 22HDT (21.5-inch) with an AMD Radeon R9 M295X with 4GB graphics.

Lastly, is there any chance of you guys creating keyboard shortcuts for zooming in and out instead of always having to use the puck?  If this were the case I probably could've already solved my issue by programming hotkeys into the wacom driver when Sketchbook is in use.

Thanks again, and I'll be back after I've had a chance to test your suggestion.

Ok I just installed the driver you suggested and unfortunatly it didn't work...still can't scroll.

I don't have time to continually keep reinstalling old drivers one by one so hopefully you can get this sorted out quickly as using the Touchstrip to zoom in and out has become second nature to me and without it my process and speed are suffering. Please keep me up to date on your progress updating Sketchbook to work with Wacom's latest drivers (ironically, they released a new driver today but that doesn't fix the problem either).

I tested this in 10.13.6 and I can get the Touch Strip (back of monitor on right and left side) to scroll down on a webpage.  I can't it to work in SketchBook.  I am able to rotate the canvas with 2 fingers.  Is that what you are getting too?

I also tested an older driver of Wacom (6.3.37-2) + Catalina and I was able to scroll down (webpage).  Using the current driver, I was not able to scroll down with 2 fingers.

Yes, aside from Sketchbook, all other programs on my Cintiq works fine ans as they should, so I strongly believe something broke in the latest release of SB.  I certainly hope you guys can find a solution soon and release a version that works well with both Catalina and the latest Wacom drivers.

We have reports of 8.7 having some Multi-touch issues with SketcHBook (moving canvas).

Can you try this version:

Thanks David.  I had already tried prior versions below 8.7.1 and they all work fine with the touch screen, including 8.7, so it's just something in the latest version that broke everything.

However, NONE of the versions I've tried work with the touchstrip at all, and I'd really like you guys to please fix this as I prefer to use the touchstrip over the touch screen.  Hoping you can make this happen soon.

Has any progress been made in the past few months to get the Touch Strips functioning again?
