To join two painting lines

Is there a way to join two painting lines ?

I have erased a part of a round painting line and now I have two painting lines.

How can I join them to recover my round painting line ?

The best thing to do is to save a copy of the file so if you make a mistake, you can revert back to a previously saved copy. 

File > Save As > Test.tif,  Save As > Test1.tif, Save As > Test3.tif

SketchBook automatically adds a number to the end of the file when using Save As.
