Hello to who ever might be reading this,

 

My name is Bethany and i have been using the mobile version of Auto-desk Sketchbook for probably 2-3 years, but I'm having some trouble.  When i finish a drawing it doesn't allow me to Save the photo, nor will it allow me to go into the gallery when ever i try it just crashes. Now I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app 3 to 4 times and the problem is still occurring. i have also made sure the app had all the permissions on my phone and i even tried clearing my cookies, but it still is not working. If anyone can help me and telling me what i can do i would be every happy i loved using this drawing app and i will be very upset if i can no longer use it 

I don't know if this information would be to any help but i have paid for the brushes.  I also have a Samsung Galaxy Note 8.

We have had some reports of SketchBook crashing when accessing the Gallery on Android.

 

1.Try to reset SketchBook to default. This can be done via: Settings > Apps > Autodesk SketchBook > Storage > Clare Data & Clear Cache. Test SketchBook.

 

2.Backup your Sketches AND delete the /Autodesk/SketchBook folder.

 

NOTE: You may need to delete the /Autodesk folder too.

 

On Android, it's pretty easy, just copy the files from /Autodesk/SketchBook3 and copy it to your desktop computer. You can use the desktop version of SketchBook to complete our work (www.sketchbook.com/thankyou)

 

To re-import the file, you need to do this:
