Now, I know this problem has been around for a lot of time so you still haven’t managed to find a solution? I have everything updated and I played with a lot of settings, even on gpedit.msc but it doesn’t fix it.
Has anyone find a workaround? Will the developers ever fix that?
For all these years I'm using Sketchbook I had a lot of trouble. Especially with Windows Ink. But this is a new one I did not know about. Maybe it's difficult to debug this issue cause the developers aren't able to reproduce it?
Have you provided detailed system information (Hardware,Software, Tablet etc.). Maybe this would help...
