Sketchbook on Mac OS X 10.13.2: blank login window

Installed SB from App Store.  The login window where I sign in for my subscription is blank.  I have to "X" it out, and therefore unable to sign in to the app.

 

This has been replicated across three different Macs running 10.13.2, and has also been replicated with the download (not App Store) version.

 

Anyone else have this problem and possibly find a solution?

Sketchbook is not supported here.  It has its own community/support.  Please post over there and I will have your posting relocated there.
