New widows update no pen pressure. Wacom msp16

I just updated ,to the most recent Windows 10 update and the pen pressure will not work anymore in sketch book pro on my Wacom mobile studio pro 16. It works fine in Photoshop so I know its the program. Stylus settings are correct and have tried resetting Wacom drivers. At a loss here.

Fixed -all of my settings were mixed up after the update. Stylus response in sketch book pro was so low "more" that I couldn't press hard enough to get it to change size. Along with my Wacom driver response. Windows ink was not the issue as I disabled It and re enabled it and worked the same.
