I recently opened the Autodesk Sketchbook android app on my Galaxy Tab S4, model SM-T830, only to find that 75% of my files have become corrupt and in-editable ("Oops, Failed to open image"). I tried manually exporting the .tiff files to the desktop version, but only my non-corrupt drawings even had tiff files present in my system storage ('SketchBook3' folder), the rest are simply gone. Is there any way I could salvage these drawings? If not, is this preventable outside of the 'save as' trick? It literally happened overnight, and to drawings ranging from ones I was working on yesterday to ones I worked on months ago. I am tempted to find another app to use, as this feels very random and I don't know if I want to trust other files to not become corrupted.
Thanks.
