Sketchbook Free version not working , Can't login either

A few days ago my cousin created a new account for sketchbook and installed the app on my PC with his account. It was working fine then. But, now when I open it. It opens up, shows an orange page. Doesn't allow me to do anything. If i click the close button on the orange trail page. It shows login dialog. Even when i click the log in button, nothing happens. If i click the quit button, the program closes and then an error reporting dialog appears.

Please help me. I have attached the screenshots. please take a look.

Can you download and run IE 9 once on your computer?
