Sketchbook Doesn't Show Entire Layers Editor List On the Side

Im using Windows 10 laptop and the Autodesk SketchBook app Version 5.1.0. When I open a file in sketchbook on this laptop that I made on my tablet, I cant see all the layers in the Layers Editor. It only shows the layers in the Layers Editor List that fit on the screen and it wont allow my to scroll down the layers editor list to see nor access the remaining layers. So i cant edit those layers. What do i do? I prefer to work on my laptop instead of my tablet.
