Sketchbook application error.

I really enjoy using Sketchbook app on my smartphone and I was delighted to see that it went free for PC, however after installing it and trying to open it all I was greeted by was this error message:

Maybe someone recognized Windows 7 background and that's what I'm currently using. Does Sketchbook still support Win 7 (64-bit), or could problem be something entirely different?

This is a very difficult error to troubleshoot.  I would follow the steps noted here:

I think the EASIEST step is to run a Windows update a couple of times.  i.e. Run Windows update, reboot, and re-run Windows Update, reboot.

 

Then focus on .NET issues.  A Windows update should update .NET as well.
