Posted up I think in the wrong forum previously (https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/autodesk-desktop-app/error-unable-to-open-sketchbook-2018/td-p/730450...).
Have been through the forums, unfortunately I'm working off the Wacom Mobile Studio Pro which came pre installed with the Windows 10 Creators update and defender so I cannot temporarily remove or roll it back as there's no prior version installed. I've tried turning off security and windows firewall in order to attempt putting in the serial number and product key to no avail.
I'm currently managing to get Sketchbook 2018 to run in a trial version, but the minute I press sign in or click 'already have a license' the program shuts down with the message

I've just about run through all problem shooting and forum options. How do I correct this and get a functioning version of Sketchbook Enterprise to work?
