Sketch Book files are lost after iOS update on Apple devices

Many years ago I purchased Sketchbook pro app from app store and the app is no longer providing service on the store. After I upgraded my iOS of iPad to the latest version, I couldn't open the app anymore. Saying that the version of app is too old, not allow to open. All my work is saved in the app. Can you please tell me how to do to output the file?

On your current iPad,  if you are on iOS 13, can you confirm if you have:

SketchBook Pro (S logo) = 32 bit ONLY

SketchBook (Pencil Logo) = 64 bit

Because of your description, I think you have 32 bit SketchBook Pro  (S Logo) and this is the only way to get your sketches back.

NOTE:  If you delete your APP from the device, you will delete all your Sketches.

The easiest thing to do is to find an older iPad and install the older app.   Because the LATEST iTunes/AppStore doesn't backup 'apps' anymore, you need this 3rd party app.

a.  Use iMazing and backup the 32 bit SketchBook Pro (S logo).  This will also backup your sketches (local).  I am hoping that . you also put some of the sketches in the iCloud. (it will make a backup much easier).

b. Use iMazing and put the older SketchBook on an older iPad that can run it.

c.  Run SketchBook on older iPad and export to .PSD and email it or save to iTunes.

d. Convert all files to PSD (local and iCloud) and save to iTunes and transfer the files to a computer.
