Save NOT Saving

Sketchbook project would not save the current progress even though i got a "save successful" prompt...in every way i could possibly save the file. Export didn't even work. IDK what  else to do ???

What OS are you on?  i.e. Mac/Windows/iOS/Android?

I will need to know the verison of operatings system as weill.  i.e. Mac/Mojave/Windows 8,1/Android 7.x/iOS 12.x.

I'm on Microsoft surface. Windows 10

I got it to work after resetting the program in windows settings>apps> reset app to factory settings. 

Seemed like sketchbook had a lot of bugs (not selecting the color I tap on, buggy window view, tools disappearing & having to close/reopen the program.) 

I hope it's fixed now but any other info you have would be greatly appreciated

Can you also try to use the "Desktop" version of SketchBook?
