I am using SketchBook as bundled with Windows 10. I am working on a 2D image. I can find no way to rotate either a layer or a selected part of a layer apart from the 45 degree rotations offered by the rotate clockwise and counterclockwise buttons. I want to do a fine rotation of a few degrees. The transform button has a pop up that advises tap-dragging with two fingers to rotate and scale, but I am using a laptop without a touch screen so am limited to keyboard and mouse. Any help would be appreciated.
