Restore does not work.

I'm using Sketchbook Pro 7, and one of my favorite features is that whenever there is an unnatural close, the program will save your work and restore it when you open an untitled. This past week it has not been doing this and it has been extremely damaging when I lose all of my progress. The restore function is one of my favorite reasons for using this product, it's very important that I find a solution to this. All three times where it did not save were in the past week and when the computer was shut off suddenly for a power outage. Is this a problem on my end, or Audodesk's?

If you want to keep using SketchBook 7.x., I would get the 'last' update for it.

The 'file recovery' for SketchBook only works if SketchBook crashes but the computer is still operable.  i.e. You can move your mouse.  It will not recover an image if there is a power outage.  

 

You can actually use the LATEST version of SketchBook (8.6.x) for free, you just need to sign in with the login used to create a post on the Autodesk forums.
