I'm too exhausted to re-type everything into this text box, so i've copy-pasted the message i sent to autodesk in here. Yes, I'm angry. I would appreciate UNDYINGLY any advice I can get.
"I am trying to complete a professional project on a windows 10 computer and am nearing the final deadline VERY soon, this is a very important issue to me, and the update recently (which has already caused me troubles) has become frustrating once more. I am working across devices, and am transporting files via my google drive. I need to import two tranparent PNGs on top of my artwork, which is currently 150 or 300 dpi (i honestly couldnt care less at this point). While i can do this with one of them (a 150 dpi image) the other (a 300 dpi image) will not import because of the "file's format or size" or the "read permissions." I have the permissions for this image, and the DPI has NEVER been an issue in the past. In fact, I have imprted [revious versions of this image without problems several times, but now cannot do so. I have tried looking for a solution online, but NOT even your support team seems to give any actual answer to this problem. too long without fixing this and have NOHELP" (ran up to the 1000 character limit there, had to abbreviate)
