Repeated login problems: iOS. iPad and iPhone.

This problem happens repeatedly on both iPhone and iPad.

The first time logging in after install/re-install works as expected.

After that, the app continues bringing up the start page when I open it, as if I’ve been signed out, but the sign-in option opens blank. Video attached of this happening on my iPad.
