Rendering/getting shades in my work.

Hi, I'm new to working on Sketchbook, I'm currently drawing on a Samsung Galaxy Tab 6.

Im trying to get into drawing and designing Home interior such as Kitchens/Livingrooms ect..

I struggle Rendering/Shading my work. I don't know where and how I should start, which brushes to use and how to use them right ect. It's pretty nerve wrecking, everytime I try to get some shades in I more or less destroy my work.

Has anyone got some Tips for me or maybe some Youtube Videos that could help me with my problem?

Much appreciated,

Elias.

I would create a line art layer and save 'versions' of your file so you don't lose any progress.

a. Start a sketch.

b. Start a new sketch and save the sketch that you are working on.

c. Go back to the original sketch (in step a) via the Gallery.

d. Work on sketch (in step a) and then start a new sketch. At this point, you can 'Save a Copy" of your work.

For shading,  you can use a linear fill to get some shading options.
