Problems with coloring

A problem has occurred with something I have been drawing. I used the glow neon tool on my drawing which gives it a bright glow. After I saved it and came back to it, when I opened the drawing again the glow from the tool became much darker for no reason. But the file shows the original picture with the bright colors but when Autodesk sketchbook is opened up the colors still become darker. Any idea what this means?

I opened the file using SketchBook and the default file Mac app "Preview" and Windows "Paint".    There is a difference in how they look.

Can you confirm if you can try to open the .tif file with (Mac) Preview or (Windows) Paint?
