Problem with layers selection

Hello,

There is a weird behaviour when I select layers: I can't select some layers

What type of Stylus or Tablet are you using on your Mac?

I am having the same issue on an HP Spectre. The problem occurs regardless of if I'm using a stylus or a mouse.
