Problem with lagoon icons customisation

Hello,

I'm trying to change my preferences for the lagoon icons' tools in Sketchbook. The problem is that in 'select menu location', the only thing I am able to change, is only the top tool out of the total 8 that each of the laggon icons provide. The rest 7 tools of each icon cannot even be selected! I can't figure out what's wrong... (I'm on windows 10)

Can you send me a screen capture of the section you are going to change?  I can confirm is it's an issue.

I have seen some targeting issues if your Display > Scaling and Layout is set to odd values:

Search > Display > Click on Display Settings > Scroll down to: Scale and Layout > Make sure to choose default FIRST.  i.e. 200%, 150% and move on down to 100% as necessary.  Then launch SKB and see if you can change the Lagoon settings.  If you have more than 1 display, you can move SKB to the 'other' display.
