Problem when trying to open a file

Whenever I open Windows Explorer to open a new file, the application stops working.

If you are on Windows, can you try to open a file by:

a. Open Sketchbook First.

b. File > Open and then look for the file.

I am curious on how you are getting your error.  You can also change how Windows opens a file by right mouse clicking and choose Open With option....

The problem is not about how to open a file, the problem is that whenever I'm trying to open a file with the sckethbook opened it gives an error, even when trying to save the file. I just lost everything I was working on because of it.
