Problem signing in to the Autodesk desktop app

I have recently downloaded the Autodesk sketchbook desktop version on my PC, and I want to sign in so I can use more tools. But when I click on the 'my account' button, It takes quite a while to load, and when it does, it comes up with 'can't reach this page.' (I've included a photo)

How do I fix this?

Will that version work with a Wacom tablet?
