Pinch to zoom not working Surface Pro 4

I recently bought a Surface Pro 4, and I downloaded this app from the Microsoft store. For the First 3 days it was working fine, but today it has suddenly stopped allowing me to pinch to control my canvas zoom. I've made sure my surface and the sketchbook app is completely up to date, but neither restarting the program or the surface has helped at all.

Can you delete the app and reinstall it from the MS Store?

I have tried the reset, and re-downloaded the app, it's still not working unfortunately.
