Pen stroke too narrow at the start

Hey, guys!

So, I'm having an issue, and I was wondering if you could help shed any light on it.

Whenever I begin a stroke, however strongly I press initially, it takes a while for the stroke to reach maximum width. The result is that whatever I draw is very narrow at the beginning of a line, and thicker towards the end.

Here's a picture to illustrate:

Notice how the lines are always thicker at the end?

Anyway, hope you can help!

Thanks a bunch!

Try using a default brush.  It looks like you have created a custom brush with some unique properties.

I would also try using some of the default brush set that can be downloaded from Window > SketchBook Extras
