Markers may not have rotation. Certain brushes do. You need to go to the Brush options and look for tilt.

To confirm - sketchbook can only do rotation based on tilt, but not on pen rotation? (i.e.: with a wacom 'art pen', it can send pressure, tilt, and pen rotation). And, it only applies to specific brushes?
Also, there's no clue on whether they ever plan to allow copic markers can have rotation controlled by pen inputs? 😞
David, thanks for the clarification. What would be involved in adding Brush Rotation Dynamics controlled by Rotation of the stylus in addition to Tilt? (As mentioned before, two series of Wacom pens support Rotation, as supported in Adobe Photoshop, Clip Studio Paint, Corel Painter, etc.)
Also wondering where pen rotation is????? Was just trying out sketchbook but guess I'll go back to Painter and Photoshop.
