So, I was working on some concept art for quite a bit on the desktop Sketchbook app. This took about two days and I was going to finish it by today, but then as I was working, Sketchbook crashed. I restarted my computer like I usually do when sketchbook crashes and it normally ends up fine but this time when I opened up the file, all the progress from today was gone ๐
I had saved multiple times throughout the process so I was really surprised to see this, I saved the project as different files about three times and I checked those since last time this happened the lost progress was in one of them, I couldn't find any of my lost progress. I looked through the forums like crazy but they all either seem to be unanswered, giving precautions on what to do to avoid this or the advice doesn't work. I've tried re-saving it as different file types and that didn't work either, some of my proudest sketches are there so can any body help?

I am so sorry that you have lost your work/progress. I would start doing this in the future...
For example, if you are sketching a. 'dragon' and you save it as "dragon.tif", if you work a bit more and use the "Save As" command, it will be called: "dragon1.tif" , Save As > "dragon2.tif".
It will use the last name used and add a number to it.
