New account with same details to use Free version

I previously paid for the PC and android versions of sketchbook but am a new users (around 2 months) and am still getting to grips with it.

When the free version was launched it would not recognise my previous account details and I had to register again, using the same email and password etc.  Is this usual?  I can't now see my previous account details showing the payments I made etc.  Can I retrieve this information?

1. If you used a social sign in for SketchBook,  use the SAME social sign methods on:

www.sketchbook.com > Sign in

2. To use the NEW app, you may need to use the same email but you may need to re-create it because Social Sign In has been removed.
