Heya,
im having large trouble to get my "Setup" working.
I have an Microsoft Surface, and i need the the possibility to scale objects / selection in proportion.
After hours of reading i found out that its not possible in Windows 10 Standard Surface Edition (where the Dial is working fine!), and one should switch to Desktop Version.
Yes, on Desktop Version i am able to scale my selection - just what i needed... but the Dial ist not working?!
Ist there any way to get both things working on the same time?
*the dial is also not working with the Skechbook Pro Version 😞
Thanks,
Jim
There are 2 versions of SketchBook that can run on Windows 10.
a. Microsoft Store (MS) version - it supports Dial and Touch
b. Desktop version - www.sketchbook.com/thankyou
The Desktop version has more tools but doesn't have support for the Surface dial. To use the desktop version effectively, you need to disable touch on the fly so you don't accidentally draw something with your palm.
Thanks for your answer,
but thats exactly the Problem - i need the "additional tools" from the desktop Version, but with the touch functions and the Surface Dial support.
a. Microsoft Store (MS) version - it supports Dial and Touch <- is a nogo, unless there is a way to scale objects/selections
b. Desktop version - www.sketchbook.com/thankyou <- does not support Surface Dial
Would really appreciate if future versions (of either) would receive the missing tool/dialsupport
Greetz,
Jim
Thanks for the feedback.

They are for adding support for Surface Dial for the desktop version of SketchBook.
