Something has been wrong with my mobile app for Sketchbook since I first downloaded it back in August. I have a Galaxy Note 8, and the layers manager has never worked properly. When I click the Layers button, the bar pops up on the side, but often it is partly cut off. It freezes on the screen. I am often unable to add new layers, hide layers, or move the order of layers. It has considerable lag, even when I've closed out all other open apps. I don't have issues like this with any other apps on my phone, including other drawing apps. Attached is a video of the issue.
