ipad sketchbook subscription

my subscription is not comin up on itunes even though i have the pro subscription

only way was to start a 3 month trial, what a messy situation

how to sort this out please autodesk

We don't want you to buy a subscription.  We want you to start a 90 day trial so you don't have to pay us....

Make sure that you don't have a subscription and to cancel the renewal as noted here:

please see the attached screen shot. is this correct?


Also if i am on a trial for Pro, why cant i see the full pro suite of functions on ipad, like perspective lines.


Should I remove and reload sketchbook?

There was no screenshot attached.  Perspective Guides are only in the desktop version of SketchBook.
