Installation problem.

Hi,

I downloaded the 64bit version of Sketchbook for Enterprise to trial it. When I tried to open it I got an error message (attached). There was no reason for this (internet fine and virus protect off temporarily) so I reinstalled it, which went okay, but this time I had a 'your trial has expired' message when I tried to start it up. I haven't opened it yet! This might be a useful program for me to buy but I would like to try it out first! I uninstalled it and reinstalled it but again, got the 'expired' message. This was on my desktop computer running Windows 7. I tried to install the trial on my Win 10 laptop and had exactly the same error message and the 'expired' message when I reinstalled it. Any ideas how I can view this software in action? Also, does anyone know if it works with dwg autocad files? ThanksCapture.JPG

1. Delete the C:\Autodesk folder.

2. Try the install again from the trial site:  https://www.autodesk.com/products/sketchbook/free-trial

3.  You can also use this version (free)

You may need to have IE 11 installed on your computer as well.
