I can't get on my Autodesk sketchbook app and I need help, please it's serious. I'm trying to open it but everytime I do it's only white then it crashes and brings me back to my home page like it's not able to load, I'll try unstalling it restalling it, restarting my tablet, turnng it off than on but nothing is working please I'm begging please someone help me I don't know what to do and I'm freaking out right now.

What is the model and android version that you are on?

It's a fire HD 10 (9th generation)amazon tablet it's has its latest updates as well as my app does. Someone told me I just have to wait until the newest one for the Autodesk sketch app comes and that is what will fix it. Hopefully.

We have not tested Amazon devices.  Although they are running Android, it is their own version of it that does not have access to Google Play.  There are ways to get Google Play on it but again, SketchBook is not supported on Android devices from Amazon.

I understand but I have been using it for so long and I have never had a problem with it until now, it truly pain me to not be able to use it anymore. Thank you for answering my question truly but what you asking me is to buy a whole tablet and I can't I don't have the money. I loved your Sketch app it was just what I needed but if there isn't a way to have on this tablet then I just have to accept that and hopefully find a another app that will work for me. Thank you again.
