How to get permission to set preferences

I accidentally set my photo preferences to TIFF and JPEG, and i am trying to change it to not include JPEG, but it wont let me. It says "You may not have sufficient permission to set them" So now i can not open reference photos to use, because of course they open in SketchBook, and it wont let me have it open multiple times. I really hope i don't need to re-inslall everything! Thanks!

You can try the following:

1. Manually edit file association for Windows 10

2. Repair SketchBook.

If not, you can go to Programs and Features > SketchBook > Repair and it should set SketchBook back to only open .tif files.

Please try the following:

1. Set File Associations for .jpeg files to Photo Viewer

2.  Repair SketchBook via Program & Features > SketchBook > Repair
